Description

I am trying to develop an MVC component, that has a simple form on it.
but I am having trouble. I need you to create an ajax MVC component with a simple form, and an ajax validation request.

Form:

First Name:
Last Name:
(Validate Link)
Submit button


Before submitting the form, the user must validate their name using the ajaxed "Validate" link

After the user enters their first and last names, and clicks on the "validate" link, an ajax request should be made to a web service url I have on my server. The webservice simply returns a 36 character response.

If the response is: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-00000000000, the sentence "User not found" should be displayed (via ajax) below the form

If the response from the webservice is something other than 00000000-0000-0000-0000-00000000000, the sentence "User found!" should be displayed (via ajax) below the form

After a valid response is obtained, the user can then submit the form.
