Description

I am looking for a flash player similar to http://www.cnettv.com/?tag=hd_ts

I need the content to be managed by any popular open source backend CRM and the appropriate coding to be part of the package to make it function.

I am also seeking long term relationship with coder who can do this successfully complete this for this and other work

I will also need mechanism for users to upload video, and for moderator to check before it can go live.
