I need a site built similar to postlets/agent.point2/classifiedflyerads

Marketplace Distribution:
Syndication - I need the site to be able to automatically update different xml feeds to a few different places, so that the new listings show up in a few different places such as (craigslist, zillow, trulia, oodle, hotpads, cyberhomes, vast, google base, backpage, kijjiji, citycribs, livedeal, Properazzi, dothomes, local.com)

Need this to produce HTML code as well, so they can copy and paste their site information.

Email Distribution:
Can be distribute HTML or PDF versions of the flyers to prospective and existing customers via email. Import email addresses from popular email services and products from Yahoo, Gmail, MSN, Outlook and AOL. It can also choose to email links to your flyers or mobile flyers.

PDF and Print Output:
Generate print-quality PDF versions of your flyers that can easily be emailed or downloaded. It can also be print hard copies of your flyer that you can hand out to prospective customers or use at an open house.

Embeddable Web Widgets:
Embed your flyers on existing blogs, websites, and social networking sites. Simply generate and copy HTML code for your widgets and paste it on your blog or website. You can embed flyer or gallery widgets on most popular blogs and social networks such as Activerain, Blogger, MySpace, Typepad, or Wordpress.

Multi-page listing. The standard template will be post lets (look at the picture at the bottom) and blown it out into a multi-page website. This will be the standard template and picture size

Costumizable Template: Member can create or costumized the template or the background template without removing the Company logo or they can’t remove the wording Powered by ______.com
