Description

We are seeking a JSF Developer to implement a JSF component that allows a detail table to be placed beneath the row of a master table. The developer will work with our team to integrate and test this component. The tables should have full AJAX support, such as collapsible/expandable rows, displaying fields (such as the number of telephone calls) in real-time and drag-and-drop of rows between master tables and in-line editing of field names.

Table Generation
The Nestled Tables will be generated from data stored in a back-end database. That data will be organized into three types of rows: Group, Manager and Employee. The Group row will list all Managers belonging to that Group. If a Manager has Employees, these Employees will be listed beneath the Manager and the Manager Row should be collapsible/expandable so that the employee list can be hidden. The Group Row should be collapsible/expandable so that the manager list can be hidden.

Drag-and-Drop
It should be possible to drag-and-drop a Manager Row from one Group to another Group. If the Manager has Employees, then the Employee Rows should also be moved to the new Group so that the Manager-Employee ownership is unchanged.

Inplace Input
The Group heading and other fields (such as "Location A" in the illustration) should be editable by clicking on the field and entering updating information.

Real-time Reporting
Some fields in the Manager and Employee Rows have data which must be updated without refreshing the screen.

After this project, we would be interested in hiring the developer for ongoing front-end development projects.
