Description

I'll need you to create an HTML and CSS design for me based on my example. See attached image.
Layout should be as I drawn it.
It would be great if you add some cool Ajax things where appropriate.
Very simple in navigation and structure.
All functions, scripts, and modules in separate files - so I could easily manage them later on if necessary.
Clients banner - leave blank space with a strict size, I'll add them later.
Feedback form is important and should work in any browser quick and easy.
Additional suggestions to make the site look even better and more "expensive" are welcome. Don't exceed my budget though.
Because this project is pretty straightforward and simple - the pay is $100 for the work done. Thanks.
