I need a clone of http://search.conduit.com.

It it should have the ability to incorperate adsense account and display sponsored results credited to my adsense account. as well as my own sponsered results from other ad networks.

It include the the language settings (English, more) and should know which language is it now like google.

And also the "similar page" feature
