I'm starting a website like craigslist. You could call it a clone with a couple twists that I wont get into in this posting. I have created websites in the past, but nothing outside of basic html and java. Although Im not sure exactly what specific languages are required for the project, I hope your creative side will allow you to come up with solutions to get these things done. It will be necessary that you can handle:

Website Design
-simple, easy to use, understandable web design like craiglist/google/youtube , (NO PRE_CODED SCRIPTS)
(some correspondence will be necessary and feedback will be given)
-designed for loading speed and worldwide use (languages, protocols)
-browser compatibility (ie, firefox, safari, other major ones)
-basic search engine friendly design (not SEO or promotion) like making sure whatever language you use allows the classified posting titles to be crawable by the search engines

Programming
-simple and understandable listing mechanism like craigslist (3 click rule to posting)
-classified ad section database (categorical) like craigslist, also, multi-location set countries as subdomain, this cities needs to be in the Geo-related structure, later to ba able to introduce Mapping plugins.
-anonymous email backend like craigslist (need to make appropriate security decisions with which language to use)
-language conversion of pages and classified listings (which dynamically are added to the database) into 10-20 worldwide languages
-users will be able to upload 2-4 pictures for free like ebay/craigslist, users can use basic HTML on the post pages, images and text only.
-accounts/members will NOT be included

Currently, I have the domain name of the site but will definitely need suggestions for remote hosting because I don’t want to maintain the server myself. What service will allow me the flexibility/functionality of a project like this? Dedicated server?

Additionally, correspondence and feedback is necessary on both our parts for this project to succeed. Going back and forth with suggestions/ideas is critical for the best outcome.

Please include past works and any demos of past works that would apply to the project. Although I am not in a time restraint, I would like to get this project finished in 1-2 months and a BONUS might be provided for timely/exceptional work. This BONUS will only occur after 1 month of testing and reassurance that you delivered on my expectations.
