This should be a pretty straight forward project. I would suggest using a google spreadsheet which you can update yourself and have the application read the data directly from there... No databases to administer, no xml documents littering your webserver. In fact we can even geocode the postcode on the fly if you want (though decreasing the positional accuracy as it will be based on the centre of the postcode). would be more than happy to discuss further, will
