I need a dropdown menu made for my website: www.singlemomsdatingguide.com

The menus and submenus are already there, I need them like they are now but the submenus must not be visible until the user moves the mouse over the menus.

I like those here http://www.twinhelix.com but I need it to keep the design it has now.

My budget is Maximum $30
