Many of the mods needed have already been installed.
I already have someone designing custom skin and logo/header

The person winning this bid need to be very familiar w/ coding for customizing some mods Also need to be experienced w/ Admin Cpanel of vbulletin and know how to configure and setup user permission

I will be doing some of the setup that I can handle but will need help w/ many things I am not familiar w/. I have already set up a few usergroups and have started the forum creation. One of the many things that will be needed is checking to make sure all permissions are setup correctly as they are created by me and the freelancer.

there will be several cms/ page used that will need html and css coding for creation.

Please show portfolio of recent VB/vbadavnce site you have worked on when bidding.
