Hello,

I'm building a service similar to http://www.phpform.org/

Main difference is this service is based on credits, 1 credit = 1 form, the form will be downloaded so we will need 3 different styled forms for people to use and extend on their own websites, these should be built separate from the main website so people can easily use on their own website, also should be commented and easily edited by other designers.

For this I need the design, graphics and javascript providing for the main website and service interface. All the PHP and MySQL is not required.

We need a form building service that has a very simple interface but looks extremely professional, with nice clean and clear graphics. The website I provided above is a very good example of exactly what I want to achieve but I do NOT want to clone this site.

The form fields are to use drag and drop to position them when a user has added a form field. This will have tabs to access the different form settings (eg. validation settings, form field settings, add field) and need to be able to easily add or remove these tabs.

Their will be 2 steps
1. create or edit form (with tabs to access other settings)
2. save and download form.

We also need a homepage, features and basket pages for the main website but these can be really simple with just basic text and headings (same header and footer as the form builder).

All of this has to be built using xhtml and css and hopefully using the prototype library.

If this project goes well their will definitely be more work on this site in the future!

I need someone with very good English skills. No outsources!
