I need a website for a company portal. There will be a maximum of 10 pages: homepage, a search page, a listing page, an offer page and some other HTML pages.
Because some pages will contain Chinese text, So bidders who know Chinese will be prefered.

this should be very easy i have created mayn pages and there is no proble with it being in chinese i have programs taht will transalte in to any language of my choice so this seems very easy
