Description

This is for the development of a cutting edge Web Application.

We are looking for an experienced Web 2.0 Developer with advanced AJAX experience. For us, this means experience with Prototype and/or jQuery (please have examples of work).

It is also a requirement to be able to work with PHP and MySQL and Zend Framework along with, perhaps, CakePHP or a similar framework (Kohana, for example).

Special consideration will be given to those with exceptional XHTML, Photoshop, and CSS skills.

Communication and reliability is essential. Opportunity exists here for long-term employment with the right individuals.

Please provide at least 3 examples of websites with PHP/MySQL back-ends with AJAX/XHTML/CSS on the front-end that you have worked on and specify which framework(s) was/were used.

Also, if you were a member of a team on the example you send, please specify which portion you were responsible for.

Great references from previous employers are required.

This is a long-term, hourly position. The amount of hours per week can be flexible. Payment can be via PayPal or some other means.

The bid should be a weekly bid. Also, include your hourly rate in your information and - this is important - your recommendation on how you will make your work available for monitoring. For example, will you install screenshot software? Other monitoring software? Key-logging?
