Description

Need a youtube like site only it will be for .gifs
No adult gifs.
Users would be able to register and upload gifs.
Also users would be able to rate, comment, and flag inappropriate gifs.
For examples as to how I want it setup you can look at:
http://www.gifs.net and http://giftube.com

I want a logo in the top left corner and under the logo, I want the slogan:"Show your gifs"
I also want a 'Terms of Use' link and a 'Privacy Policy' link similar to youtube. I want it to also reinterate that no adult content is allowed. A 'Contact' and 'Advertising' link will also need to be added.
I also want to add a google adsense leaderboard at the top and an rss feed option for my site.

I also want to add a 'giffytube' watermark to gifs and the ability to embed gifs on other sites such as myspace, facebook, message boards, etc.

I will need a mockup of the site first to see how the design will look
