PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!

I understand that some programmers are not designers, but I do not an ugly website. There's a lot information and it might looks complicated, but is not. It is very simple and I will show much example if you win this project. SEE ATTACHMENT.

Web 2.0 style CSS

MAIN PAGE
- all topics are public
- space in topics' title must automatically change to _
- website search topic's title only
- top 10 topics (by unique visit)
- family filter on/off for visitors
- with or without MOD rewrite make every link search engine friendly.


ADMINISTRATOR
- can create, suspend, banned, edit, delete users
- can create, edit, delete topics
- can see website statistics: number of topics, number of users



USERS
- gettopics.com/ralf206/topic1
- gettopics.com/ralf206/bank_liability
- users can create unlimited topics
- error, category already exist.
- change password
- change email



TOPICS
- title required
- title limited to 100 characters
- no description



SUBMITTING LINKS TO TOPICS
- URL required
- URL limited to 200 characters
- link title required
- no description
- unlimited links


SEARCHING
- only find the title of the topics (100% weight)
- see search result page at "search-result.html"


ADDING TOPICS
- topic name

ADDING URL TO A TOPIC
- enter url
- title

You must have at least 5 reviews in order to be taken into consideration.

If you bid then want to change the bid amount after chosen then I will close the project or pick another person.

I do NOT pay in advance.

You must provide update of the project every 3 days.

No more than 30 days to finish, so the project must be completed within 30 days. Counting from the day you get picked.
