Need someone for this urgent!

I'm having trouble with the image and file upload in FCKeditor latest version. Anyone got an idea why it isn't working? The folders are set and the connector works:

But when it comes to upload files in the FCKeditor inteface nothing happens. Your job is to fix this issue.
