This is a repost of a project that was posted here before and the chosen bidder did not read the project specification and did not delivered what was asked.

Here is what was written before:

"I'm looking for a experienced Joomla developer to build a Menu Module based on Mootools Library.

I want this very same menu effect http://demo.yootheme.com/jun08/
with the dropdown effect, plus the fading images. Must be crossbrowser and needless to say, that need to be packed to be installed by the Joomla 1.0 backend."

In case you are having difficult to understand, I'm looking for a Joomla developer that knows how to make a modules and build a exactly copy of the main menu on YOOTheme Chrome site. Must be crossbrowser and again... need to be a module, so I can reuse in other sites. I'm very picky, so please, only bid if ou really know what you are doing, and add this line at the end of your bid, so I know that you really read what is written here.

"I did read and understand your project specification and I'll build a menu module system, clone of YOOTheme Chrome".
