I need my website ranked high up in various search engines. The websites is a gym directory for the UK. We list gyms ands therefore have a potential to have many links. I needed someone who would take the website high in ranking.

Key words are

GYM / Gyms
Health club / Health Clubs
Fitness Centres

These key words would be geographically sensitive to a particular region in the UK

The contract is ongoing and renewable every 3 months subject to performance. I would pay monthly and would expect targets to be met.

I’m searching for a monthly service, where each month I need at least 100 PERMANENT, free, one way, non reciprocal and static to inner pages in our website.

A mimimum of 20 links every a week:
- The linkpage must be PR4+ and related
• Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website..
• There will be no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
• Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days
• Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink
Our website is not to be posted for any type of solicitation of links, IE you are not to post our website in any link exchange directory
• No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
• Link page should be only from English language sites.
• Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
• Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
• Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
• No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
• Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
• No sites banned by google.
• Must be manually submitted.
• No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
• Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
• No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
• Link pages must be related to Gym/HEALTH Club or fitness related topics.
• Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once. 4 per day /120 per month
• Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
• No blacklisted or spam sites.
• You must also provide me with a list of the top ranked PR4+ links which I will verify.
• The links must be permanent
