Description

I need an iphone application that can do the following:
1. Run in the background
2. lookup a value in a table (doesn't have to be a database) when an incoming call is initiated.
3. display value on screen.

If this is not possible then have the ability to lookup a value based on incoming call history and display.

That's it. It's pretty simple. the lookup table can be xml and shouldn't need to be changed.
