Description

We would like to develop a new program for PDAs, Smartphones, and mobile phones in the U.S.A. This program would block outgoing calls and SMS at specific times and for specific periods. Incoming calls would still be allowed as well as emergency outgoing calls. We would like to develop this application for Apples IPhone, Blackberry, and for many other phones eventually.
