MAXIMUM PAYMENT FOR THIS PROJECT WE CAN PAY IS 2000$
We are inviting bids from IT professionals to write the complete software for our MLM program. Only professionals experienced in the MLM system and who can work in a sample but very custom web mlm site

The idea:

We will sell products advertising to companies and our user will got this product and get with it a card that is ours and we had put it in those companies before and log in our site and charge their accounts with the serial number of these cards and uncovered number.

Example
1- we go to Vodafone company
2- Vodafone buy 2000 card from us
3- We print this cards with serials from our database
4- We give Vodafone these cards
5- Our website registered user goes to Vodafone and get one card
6- Login his account at our website and charge this card in recharge page
7- User get points because he charge this card
8- The same user get another user through his IR
9- The another user gets another one card from Vodafone
10- Another user gets his point from charging the card
11- The first user now will take some point from the another user because he first got him
12- Finally we change their points to steps and we price the step and we pay a weakly income to them by checks and manually not automatically
The website

Conditions
1- must be in php and mysql
2- we will get the whole source code
3- we can pay from 50$ to 100$ monthly for keeping script working effectively
4- the design will be in Arabic language or at lest in rtl design with standalone English language file to be easy to translate
5- the design will be exactly like the sample html in zip file
6- we can travel to any one who can do it if we need that any where
7- please don’t bid more than the maximum number I said
8- all payment of script will be manual with data cheat and checks
9- activation for membership will be manual at site and in our headquarter office


- members rates will be 9 levels according the steps they have and will be automatically
2- we will send registration information by email ans by sms program entegrated in the script (we have sma program)
