Description

I have a list of changes I wish to have done to my current application -- it is coded in PHP with MySQL backend on a CentOS server running cPanel. It works very well.. these are not bug fixes but rather upgrades.

I have attached a doc listing the changes - if there are questions on any of the tasks please PM me.

I have attached some screenshots so you can get an idea of how the app looks and works.. it is very
simple design - no graphics.

Lastly, beside changes - I would like simple way to install app - I am Linux user not admin - so it can
involve some minor command line requirements.
