Description

need a provider to complete a php dating-like website for a model-recruiter community website. Dating website have already sign up system, login system, image uplaoding system and messaging betwen members system

I need to add this features:

1.Adding categories, models will have 4 possible categories, their category will be marked on their profile

a.model level 1. (free sign up)
b.model level 2. (with membership)
c.model level 3. (only administrator can upgrade a model to this level)
d.model level 4. (only administrator can upgrade a model to this level)

in the welcome page, models will showcased by category, group of age and gender:
there will be a section for non-members (model level 1) and another section for members (model level 2-3-4 are mixed up)
so it will be like this:

When user click on one of the categories he can have access to all models profile in that category

2.When a model sign up he will be asked if he wants to become member for 19.99$, if he does he will be sent to a custom paypal page, user will enter credit card info then when payment is done a email will be sent that confirms membership, once this is done user account will be automatically upgraded for a year.
Once year is finished, account will be automatically downgraded to model 1 level

3.Create admin panel, admin when logged in will have possiblity to surf any profile as the profile owner and edit all info, erase picture everything.
He will also be able to delete an account. This feature needs to be possible for users too.
He will also be able to downgrade or upgrade any account category directly

4.Email notification: when user sign up an email will be sent, when user recieve a message a email will also be sent. When he is a non-member he will
not be able to see his messages he will only recieve notification of message, however they will still be stored and will be shown if user becomes a member.

Future projects:
-Flaggin system, search engine and feedback system will be added later on next project 3. So here is all info.
