I would like a php version clone of Plenty of Fish ( PlentyOfFish.com ).

I want a more color & user friendly look/feel..as POF has got to be the ugliest site I've ever seen.

My "Maximum Buget" is $500. (Don't post or request any more than $500 as your bid will be deleted/hidden)

Please don't post bids about buying software, which 99.9% of them I have already seen and don't like/want.

I want my site to be custom in itself.

Please include features in addition to those already on Plenty Of Fish.com:

-New Forum (possibly WowBB with database integration)
-Php flash chat
-Customize Profile with CSS style sheets that are compatible with current myspace layouts currently on the web.
-Add Html to their profile
-Friends List
-Blogs
