Description

Small project, I expect it to cost not more than $30 (correct me if I am wrong):

The Formmail (from Matt's Script Archive) is a well known script.
I need it to be tweaked:
** Send HTML mail instead of text based
** A new parameter, allowing a checkbox for "send me a copy". Also, the Formmail script has a function bringing up a "thank you" page after the mail is sent. This one needd to be adjusted as well, telling "Thank you. A copy has been sent" in case the user did check "send copy".

Also, I expect you to know the script and if there are issues that I dont know about and need fixes, I would like to have them too.
