If your remote web form is supporting web service (SOAP/WSDL) then this can be solved by wrapping the data into xml format. But, if your remote web form has no web service, we can use curl method for presenting the data into form fields and do the submission. Both method can be used for password protected web forms or no protection page. Let me know if you are interested with my method.

Rules state I really cant post a lower bid than you mention (or its a placement bid) but honestly, I see only an hour TOPS here. As I understand it you want to auto-fill a form element on another server, does the form allow for this? Some forms dont, and special work needs to be done however can you pass the existing data in a POST or on the URL? If so, you dont really require additional programming. Just someone to show you how to do it.
