Hello,

We require the assistance of a skilled XHTML/CSS freelancer to help us construct a new portal which will target the student marketplace in the UK.

The initial task is to convert various page blocks from PSD/JPEG to XHTML/CSS for use within an existing skin which has been built. We have 5 PSDs which need to be converted.

Must haves:

• Strong Demonstratable Experience of crafting XHTML/CSS pages in a cross browser environment (IE6, IE7, Mozilla, Safari, Opera)
• A strong portfolio with at least 3 recent sites you have built
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• No brokers of CSS work please!

The following would be advantageous:

• UK Based
• Working knowledge of Javascript Library Prototype/Scriptaculous
• Basic knowledge/ability of PHP/MySQL development
• Prior experience of the Smarty Template Engine.
