We are looking to outsource a huge chunk of our internal work starting this year and continue doing so through 2009 to 2010, and maybe more.

We are looking to hire individuals and teams to look into various areas, which are as follows:

1) Copywriting
2) Web Design
3) MySql & PHP Programmers
4) People to help us develop new scripts
5) People who can create vBulletin Hacks and Mods
6) People who can help in designing and developing Smarty Templates
7) We need people who are efficient with Flash
8) We need people who are efficient with Adobe Photoshop
9) We need people who are efficient with HTML& XHTML & CSS

Who can apply?
Anyone can apply for any of the requirements, as long as you have samples to show us, previous work with references will only be considered. We will be cross checking all references.

We have a slightly tight budget, else we wouldn't have outsourced our work, so please keep that in mind and attach your prices. Please do not say you charge based on the requirement. Please try and estimate your pricing, pricing information such as per word rates for writing content, or per hour rates for developing scripts, or per design rates for creating headers or creating logos, or per design rates for converting PSD to XHTML/HTML/CSS etc. is mandatory! (This is compulsory)
