Description

I am looking for someone that can build a good Top 10 Google.com ranking for a list of keywords for our website.

The selected professional will need to submit a strategy covering all White Hat SEO techniques.

Black hat/Grey Hat Techniques are not allowed.

We currently rank on page 1 if not #1 in Google.com on certain keywords, we need those rankings maintained too on a monthly fee basis.

Keywords:
Total 12-18 keywords combined no single keywords.

Time:
15-30 days
45 Days in the worst case!

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT BRING SITE ON TOP 10 WITHIN 15-45 DAYS ON GOOGLE.COM SERVER.

Requirements:
1. All keywords must appear on Google.com server as the site is designed for USA visitors.
2. Ranking must last for at least 3 months.
3. You will update me on the progress of the site on weekly basis.
4. This will be one-time payment, however, I'm open for yearly contract provided you guarantee top 10 Google ranking throughout the year!
5. We will pay a monthly fee if you maintain us at the top of Google.com

Payment Terms:
Payment will be made in two parts -
1. No advance escrow (being the past bitter experience, sorry!)
2. 50% will be paid when 2 of the 12 keywords are on top 10 on Google USA Server after watching the ranking for 10 days.
3. Balance when remaining keywords are on top 10 on Google.com server after reviewing the ranking for 10 days.
5. All ranking must appear on Google.com in USA for USA visitors.


Similar projects will be awarded to this bidder in future as well! So, please bid with confidence keeping in mind the future projects!
