Okay here is what I am looking for.

I need someone who is mastery at keyword analysis for my type of business. I own a home inspection company here in Orlando, Fl. I need someone to do some research on what keywords are going to be the best and someone who knows how to manage the cost per click and bid amounts to maximize my ppc campaign. The ppc campaign I am using is AdWords. I need my budget to be no more than $25.00 a day maximum to produce results. I am looking for someone who is going to set this up for me and show me how to manage it properly myself. I do not want to continuously pay someone monthly to manage this campaign. I want research done of the competitors in this industry in my area. And minimum bid amounts calculated to allow me to prosper. I have PPC bidmax 5.0 and would like it if someone could just set up my adword account correctly and my ppc bidmax account and make landing pages associated with the keywords. Please respond to this add and I will make my selection of who I would like to use. Proven results are a must. And cost is a concern.
