We are a health and fitness website that provides free access to a range of interactive tools such as food, exercise and goal diaries. We are a UK based business and the majority of our members reside in the UK.

What we are aiming for is to:

- Improve and to reach a top 10 ranking of our website www.PureLifeStyle.co.uk on all relevant search engines; and to
- Initially increase our daily unique visitor traffic to 1,000 and then grow this by 1,000 increments every 6 months, through deploying both on and offsite SEO expertise through:

- Search Engine submission
- Article writing & submission
- Social bookmarking
- One way links (Google page rank of 3+)
- Blog commenting & conversation
- Forum posting
- Authoritative article creation utilising unique content.
- YouTube/twitter/facebook/myspace/bebo
- Any other means - providing this drives quality traffic.

- No blackhat
- No link farms
- No hidden links
- No links from link scheme pages
- All sites must be in English.

We are looking for an on-going relationship with the right person/company, paying an ongoing monthly fee for SEO, but initially paying the bid amount for achieving 1,000 unique visitors per month. The first phase is therefore your opportunity to secure regular SEO business to then help us continue to grow our traffic.

Finally note that all traffic will be closely monitored using Google Analytics, to ensure that quality is adhered to and the right kind of sites are referring traffic to our site.
