3 Craigslist CL PVA phone verified accounts

I am looking for an experienced Craigslist provider to supply me with 3 PVAs. If everything goes well I will buy more from you and possibly just get you to post Ads for me at some point.
Do not bid unless you are an experienced Craigslist provider.

Each PVA you provide must meet the following conditions.

1) Never been used before except for 1 test post on each account
2) Each account made from unique U.S. IP addresses
3) Each account must be verified with a unique U.S. land line phone number (You are responsible for obtaining the phone numbers)
4) Each account must have a unique and new Gmail account that you will also provide to me:
4a) Gmail username (email address) 4b)Gmail password
5) Each account must be "sealed" - there must be at least 1 post on the account to activate it
6) Passwords for each CL account must be different from account to account.
7) CL accounts should be sent in a MS excel or text file containing the following:
7a) CL username (email address) 7b)CL/Gmail password (identical)
9) If the PVA is blocked within 72 hours, it must be replaced free of charge

Please only bid if you have made successfully PVA accounts before.
Please let me know how you make the accounts so that I can see that you use the proper procedure
Give us 3 days to verify it if its 100% working before we pay.
