Hello freelancers

I need someone for do mass emailing for me
For the ongoing project I need to send 25k emails daily , if U think U are able to send 25k with the best rate please bid here.

Requirements
Able to hit inbox above 90%
Have to have US IP coz I need to send mails using with US IPs
I need reports after deliver emails

Rate: $20 for each 25k ($20x30=$600 in month)
please feel free to ask anything about.....but please don't bargain with the rate.
