I have place my bid but if u feel that too much ok I like to come for $25 for 4hrs but u should download a latest linux version with apache and PHP (I will give URL) or I will post a CD to u. I will instruct all the way to install the linux version to your machine. Then I will log remotely via SSH and do all config that need u. I am doing this for this price by seeing your infometion on the bid.
