ecommerce Cart Base: Zencart 1.3.8

I am looking for a script that will allow the customer to type in the width and height of a item, and calculate the cost, and then add to the shopping cart. This cart sample can be viewed here: http://www.stouse.com/Products/CustomDecals/Custom4ColorProcess.html, and this is not my site, just one i came across. If you notice within the options area there is a place for width and height, plus all the options, and the ability to view the price on the bottom, then there's a add to cart button. I would need to send this information to the cart within zencart.
