Hello,

We are looking to recruit approximately 10-15 new summarizers-writers within the next 2 weeks. This is a staff-like long-term relationship, but all transactions and payments will be made through the GAF system every month, and are subject to feedback.

Your job will involve reading 20-page batches of content (or a full hour of audio) and writing the key points in your own words and style in 1 page. We are looking for thoughtful folks who can intelligently absorb the content and present them again in their own words while adding their own personal touches.

This is the first time we use GAF for a project of this nature, and we will try to simulate a real-life hiring process here, as follows:

- Reply to this post if you feel you are amply qualified, and explain in as much detail as possible why you are qualified.

- If we see no reason to reject you, you will be given a 10 page sample and its 1 page summary sample to read and study as a sample.

- You will then be given another 10 pages to actually work on as a test to confirm your ability to carry out the task as per the requirements. We are sorry if this may seem as free work; it is not, everyone will be given the same 10 pages, and we simply have no other way to assess your suitability other than to give you a test. After all, if you are not interested in a long-term staff-like employment where an initial test is needed, leave this post for those who are.
