Description

We have the original Photoshop file for our website and everything is layered which may make it easier.

We also have all of the original images that are shown on the website. Once this project is done we would also require copies of all the original images that you use in the new headers (So you would need to source the images then provide them to us)

This is a complete list of what we are looking for. Please price on all the items below (Total cost for headers and email template, not per hour please). Trying to keep the cost down for this job.

Also need you to provide a link to your website portfolio page that I can look at, or and this is preferred, a mock-up of one of the headers that I've mentioned below using the file I've uploaded so I can see what you can do and posted to imageshack or similar or your website.

1-Christmas Page: Toronto Skyline in the day is fine & a small group of people dressed up together with some Christmas related items like Christmas presents and so on.

2-New Years Eve Page: Toronto Skyline at night from the water & image of a group of adults dressed up drinking champagne.

3-Halloween Page: Toronto Skyline at night from the water & Image of a small group of adults in costumes.

4-Fireworks page: Toronto Skyline at night from the water and fireworks going off.

5-Menu Page: Our standard Toronto skyline in the daytime that we use on all our pages and 1 or a small group of people eating or maybe a chef sampling some food.

6-Mothers Day Page: Our standard Toronto skyline in the daytime that we use on all our pages and a family with the mother being prominent.

7-Fathers Day Page: Our standard Toronto skyline in the daytime that we use on all our pages and a family with the father being prominent.

8-Airshow Cruise Page: Our standard Toronto skyline in the daytime that we use on all our pages and some planes.

9-Thanksgiving Cruise Page: Our standard Toronto skyline in the daytime that we use on all our pages, a family and some Thanksgiving related images (Turkey or whatever you think works....)

10- Oktoberfest Page: Our standard Toronto skyline in the daytime that we use on all our pages some Oktoberfest images or a small group of people dressed in standard Oktoberfest attire.

11-Singles cruise page: Toronto Skyline at night from the water and a small group of attractive people mingling or dancing.

Would also like a email template done up that can be used for us to send out quotes witch 1-Closely matches our website Theme and 2-is in HTML format. So something similar to our webpage but designed to email out quotes with outlook express. (A main text box, a header, a footer with room for images.....)

If you have PHP experience, after this project is done, I will need someone to help me set-up phplist (Website based mailing list in PHP) and oscommerce (need help with the set-up). My main goal right now is to get the headers and email template done, so if you quote do not quote just on helping me set-up oscommerce & phplist.

Looking for someone who will do a good job (nice images in header, proper header size for web posting, willing to take input and make adjustments as needed...) and that I can work with on an ongoing basis for future adjustments to the website graphics, for a new website that I will need created next year and for flyers that will be used to email people in pdf format when our website email list is up and running.
