I need someone to visit a link from 1,000 different USA IPs and submit 1,000 zip codes. Its very easy, just submit the zip code.

In order to be considered for this project, you have to show me that you know what your doing. After you bid, I will send you the link and you must submit 10 zip codes from different US IP addresses.
