Description

We need an expert or team of white hat SEO / link builders / marketers to take our landing page URL to page one in google results for 3 keywords. This is an ongoing project and can earn you money each month based on performance.

Our page is rich in keywords and frequently updated content. It is already doing well, but we want to kick it up to the top.

What we Need:
PAGE ONE search result position in Google for three keywords. This means the main UK dot co.uk google SERP results. Our site should show up in position 1-10 for each keyword.

What we Pay:
Once all three of our keywords show up in the first page of results and stay there through a couple of indexes (we are indexed daily) we will pay you a $500 performance fee.

Then each following month we will check the keywords weekly to determine their position. For each month that all 3 keywords stay on the first page (Pos 1-10) we will pay you $300 total for keeping us there. (That is a total of $300 NOT $300 per keyword).

If any of our keywords fall to page 2 (pos 11-20) we will pay only $200 Total for that month.

If any of our keywords fall to page 3 (pos 21-30) we will pay only $100 Total for that month.

If any of our keywords fall below position 31, we will not pay anything for that month and our relationship will be concluded. We will assume you do not want our business and we will locate someone who can perform.

BONUS: If at any time you push a keyword up to position #1 and keep it there for the month, we will pay an extra $100 for that as a performance bonus above the standard fees.

While working on this project you should NOT:

1 - Violate Google's rules and conditions
2 - Build links from link farms, banned sites or any black hat link building
3 - Do anything that would affect our page ranking on other keywords
4 - Use any techniques that would damage the client company reputation or public perception

Notes:
We only pay by GaF escrow. Do not ask for any upfront payment.

We only pay for performance - not excuses. If you can't perform this work you will NOT get paid. So please don't waste our time or yours. We will not even consider your bid unless it is backed by relevant positive feedbacks.

We reserve the right to stop the campaign with 30 days notice so you know in advance if we are going to shut down this landing page. Any final payment will be made based on the serp positions at that time.

When you bid please provide:
What methods you will use to get us to the PAGE ONE
Time it will take you to get us there without getting banned.
