Description

I need a web service or script to do calls over SIP protocol. The idea is configure the SIP registration (user, SIP server and pass). After that I need to send a audio file to one phone number. It has to accept the audio file and the number as parameter. For every call, it has to save a log in the DB (mySQL)

I should be able to install this service in any php hosting.

Only serious bids. You should have some experience in this kind of projects.
