Description

I am looking for someone to develop a mobile application which enables mobile subscribers to upload video clips to mobile network operator's server. These videos clips could be viewed by other subscribers through their mobile phones and if they like what they see, they have option to download the video clips to their mobile. There will be charges imposed by network operator for uploads & downloads. In return, the original creator of the video will be paid a commission by the network operator if the particular video hits many downloads from other users. There got to be some filteration system to block phonographic or other violent clips.

Please read the attached file for actual services provided by an operator. We need to improve it with extra features probably allowing others to vote for the best clip based on categories on a regular time frame or perhaps options for contest and so forth. Probably linking it with website is also possible. Must make it look different or better from the details in the attached file.
