Description

I want a proposal writing product (possibly Cold Fusion or Visual Basic) designed to operate on the World Wide Web. The software/database will assist in preparing proposals for county, state and federal grants.

The user will be guided through each section of the proposal using a question and answer format; learn definitions and tips, and view sample proposals to help them to write their own; the software should be able to calculate financial projections/budgets prepared for them, based upon the information they provide. There should be a project management back-end for group collaboration. The software should also be able to generate charts and graphs from input information.

The overall look should be business-professional. This will be attached to a very extensive business and proposal writing website and should look accordingly.

In addition, they should be able to bookmark and save their work. Upon completion, or at any time they choose, they can print the pre-formatted document.

Using templates, they can add their logo, generate a cover letter, a Thank You letter, a Letter of Interest, and submit an RFP, RFQ, etc. I will also provide links to related training materials, grants, and grant-related sites that will be available to users.

A limited version of the program would also be developed for CD/DVD.

No writing or content development is necessary. I will provide all documentation, content, formats, etc. and retain all rights. I will also provide a rough draft of the structure. I have to be involved in the development and I will monitor the direction and progress on a weekly basis.

I would like for the project to be completed within 90 days. Please state experience and work sample.
