Description:	I need to have rss feeds created so I can submit to various website portals for distribution. There are many programs out there to get the job done but I do not have the time nor desire to learn. Prior to awarding the job I will ask that you do a small sample to ensure I am not wasting my time. The project is small and the price smaller. So bid for the job that makes sense. For the output file I must be able to select the order that those fields will be presented in. The data from those fields must then be exported to an XML file with an alternative choice to export to a comma delimited CSV file. I should have the ability to give the exported file a name of my choice.
