Description

I am looking to create a simple website that functions like Craigslist but I would like to have the option and instructions to further edit the website. It is a small temporary project I am working on myself, so my budget is limited.

I would prefer some consultation as you can see I don't know what database is best, nor do I know what operating system would be appropriate either.
