Description

I have attached a jpg, I will supply a psd. I neeed you to create a single file xhtml 1 with div layout. I will use this to build a joomla template.

The file you build must render the same in ie6,ie7 and firefox.

I need the divs done like the code below, this is how rounded corners are handled in joomla and all output with rounded corners is handled this way.

All you have to do is build the html file I will merge into and create a joomla template.

The top and left menus must be done in ul lists.

The backgrounds of shopping basket and login must scale in height so the background must repeat a pattern like what you see. As well as the main body content.
