Description

We need an expert to quickly complete a cforms plugin work.
Project is simple, we need to collect 2 fields via form and send the info by e-mail.
There are some variables also to be sent in e-mail, all the code is setup.
The work requried are
1) To connect cforms to the code and make it work
2) Minor design changes for the form field
