Design & Build A Custom Very Corporate Website to attract investors. SEO/ PHP/ must have a signup page. A back-end members area and a control panel in the back to activate new members.

On the home page it must have a news area and in the control panel for the site it must have a module for the webmaster to be able to create new Would like this site created in Joomla and Optimized for maximum SEO!! The


webpages that will link to the news section on the homepage automatically so I can add pages as news.

The site must have all pages optimized for for SEO and I should be able to edit the site in dreamweaver.

There needs to also be a information request form that could be in the signup questionairre

Also I need a membership module that allows the vistor to fill out a membership form, agree to the terms. . But their user name and password will be manually activated by the webmaster from the backend. Upon activation a welcome e-mail and an activation link.

Do you have the ability to build this site without using common design templates? I want the layout to look very corporate!
