There is too many programmers out there!

We need help to find a good and reliable INDIVIDUAL programmer for a long term contract. Not an agency. You are the one to find and evaluate the applications from individual programmers, so don't apply as a programmer yourself. You will be my HR assistant and applicant evaluator. You will suggest the best applicants to me, their pros and cons. No agency using their own staff, need apply.

You are an experienced programmer yourself and have the equipment and experience to test the applicants skills and reliability as well as English language skills. A degree in Psycology HRM is a plus. Your test must be on-line where you can monitor the test subject. We are looking for skills in PHP, MySQL and graphic design. Fluency in English is important. Further criteria will be discussed when we have an agreement.
