I had originally had a programmer to do this, and after 30 days *and 4 days after it needed to be finished* he said he can't do it...

I need to have a What You See Is What You Get immediately!

Please use http://www.freewebs.com as an example.

I need for the people on this site to be able to:

1. Choose a Username / Password and get other information *example - JimLangeloh as a username*

2. Have it stored into the database, to where it comes up with the URL http://www.mysalesrep.com/JimLangeloh

3. Before the account is officially created, they need to pay a fee *which will be determined later, and have a yearly charge of a certain amount, which will automatically send them an email 1 month before time to renew, and if it is not renewed, put the account on 'hold' for 1 month, and still give them a chance to pay, but not have the website officially available to view. After that one month after the account has been on 'hold' and they haven't paid, it is deleted.

4. I need for the people that create an account to be able to choose from a template, and choose the color.
And I need for them to be as easily as possible, change the following things *this has to be dummy proof*
(One. Change their name on the template
Two. Change the Company Name
Three. Change the Information on each of the pages in a WYSIWYG...
Four. Easily change anything else that is customizable)

5. I also need a custom Photo Gallery and Custom Calendar, that each person has on a certain page of their site.

6. On the home page of the template, there needs to be two little areas, which will have a small preview of the About Me page and the Calendar page. It will be clickable to those accompanying pages.

7. I need this ASAP! But I am on a limited budget.. So, please keep it in the budget.
And because of what the following programmer did, I either need a mock-up, or a link to a WYSIWYG you have done before...

8. Finally, this has to look FANTASTICALLY PROFESSIONAL.

DO not bid unless you have done this before, or can provide a mock-up to show you can do it...
Also, do not bid if you will take more than 1 month to complete it.

I WILL NOT EVEN CONSIDER ANYONE UNLESS THEY PROVIDE EXAMPLE OF PREVIOUS WORK / MOCK-UP!

I ALSO NEED ONE PAGE ON THE SITE TO HAVE A CODE WHERE SOMEONE CAN JOIN A MAILING LIST, AND EVERY TIME HE UPDATES THAT PAGE, An EMAIL GOES OUT TELLING THEM...
