The project is quite simple we want deep links to pages which Google will see as a valid vote for this page. If you know about back linking then you know how this works. If you don’t then please do not bid on this project.

We know SEO inside out and cannot be fooled by any of the scams on the go at the moment so don’t waste my time or yours if you are not a professional link provider.

I require 25links in total to a UK (United Kingdom) web site.

25 x PR1 or higher back links.

ALL links will need to adhere STRICTLY to the following rules:

No more than 20 outbound links on the page.

All Links must be placed on English/American language web sites.

All links must be permanent text links and include one of the variations of our key phrase in the link text.

All links must deep link directly to the corresponding page for that key phrase.

All links must be on ethical and related sites.

No link farms, link-exchange programs, google banned sites, black hat techniques, commercial web rings, junk directories with 100 links per page etc.

No sites banned by google, NOT listed / cached in Google.

No links on pages with google PR0 (Google Page Rank of Zero) or unranked.

We will allow directory sites but they MUST still fit with the other rules stated in this brief.
So for example if the directory page the link ends up on is PR0 or has >20 other links on it then it WILL NOT be accepted.

Link pages should at least be business related or at least loosely related to subjects to be disclosed.

Each link must be from a different domain and IP address.
We are getting bored of checking this one too!

I would like all links submitted within 15 days of the start of this project.

Link pages must be static. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. No string parameters, session ID's etc.

All links must be acceptable for indexing by Google, no rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.

You will only be paid for links that meet the terms set above…

WE reserve the right to and WILL reject links that do not meet these terms and we will require you to add suitable replacement links instead or YOU WILL NOT be PAID.

WE will require a spreadsheet listing the following so that I can check ALL links.
>>Exact URL of Page where link has been placed. As a clickable link
>>Exact Link placed.
>>Date Link submitted.
>>Approx Date link appeared.
>>Google PR of page.

All links will be checked before any payment is made.

Any non-ethical practices will result in the abandonment of this project and payment will NOT be made under any circumstances.

Payment :

50% of the Payment will be made after ALL links have been placed and verified.

The remaining 50% of payment will be made ONLY after Google has cached the links.

All monies will be held in getafreelancer ESCROW.
